Central Jakarta Sub-districts Asked to Make Lebaran Betawi Lively

Central Jakarta Mayor, Bayu Meghantara instructs sub-district heads to give different and interesting performances at the 2019 Lebaran Betawi event, which will be staged at Monas, Gambir on July 5-7.

"Just like Jakarnaval, each city performed a carnival. It doesn't only feature Betawi culture, but also others," he expressed, Tuesday (7/2).

He continued that lots of ideas that can be explored to give interesting performances. For instance, that is by presenting a mawaris performance with a total number of players of at least 20 people.
